Store cool and dry. MHD up to 12 months. |
Instructions for use |
Knead the baking mixture with 220 ml lukewarm water by hand for approx. 2 minutes to form a dough. Form the dough into a greased baguette baking tin or as a baguette, place on the baking tray, make several cuts and cover with a cloth. Let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Then brush the surface with water and bake at 160°C (circulating air) for approx. 40 to 45 minutes. Makes about 400 g of bread. |
