Instructions for use |
Knead the baking mixture by hand with 230 ml of hand-warm water for approx. 2 minutes to form a dough. Put the dough in a greased baking tin or as a loaf on the baking sheet and cover with a cloth. Let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Then brush the surface with water and bake at 160 ° C (convection) for about 40 minutes. Makes about 400 g bread. |
