Adams Protein Bread Bread Mix with 30 g high quality protein and 14 g fiber per fully baked bun, with only 1.6 g carbohydrates and 3.4 g fat. With prebiotic fiber. Ideal for a ketogenic lifestyle.

The selected ingredients complement each other to create a valuable, balanced amino acid balance.
Sunflower protein , gold flax flour, coconut flour, wheat protein and milk protein combined with apple fiber and selected gold linseed give the rolls a delicious crust with an excellent taste.

Instructions for use |
Very simple - knead the baking mixture with 230 ml of lukewarm water to form a dough. Shape the dough into 4 even rolls (ideally with our Adams Basic bamboo fiber as a rolling aid, wipe excess bamboo fiber off the rolls by hand). Slightly cut into the top of the rolls and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection) for about 30 minutes. |
