Gold flax flour, linseed and sunflower seeds give the bread its balanced taste. A good basic bread - just add nuts, onions, peppers, herbs or whatever you like for a new taste experience.
AdamsBrot “Helles” is one of the most carbohydrate-reduced, ketogenic friendly bread mixes on the market.
Tip: add 230 ml of warm water to the baking mixture, stir with a tablespoon and knead by hand until the dough is slightly sticky, do not add any additional water, moisten your hands with water and form a loaf of bread, place on the baking sheet and put in the oven Let rise at 50 ° C for approx. 45 minutes, then add a cup of warm water. Instructions for use |
