Choosing a menopause supplement
There are two good ways to approach menopause support, and we stock the best of each. One is a single ingredient given at exactly the dose it was trialled at. The other is a complete formula that covers every base in one go. They also happen to work well together.
The focused option: one ingredient at the trial dose
Meno Bloom is a single capsule of SRI81 shatavari root extract at 300mg, and that number is not decorative. It is the exact dose used in a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 80 women with perimenopausal symptoms over eight weeks, measuring the Menopause Rating Scale, menopause-specific quality of life, mood and perceived stress. Root-only, standardised, no fillers. If you want one clean thing you can take with your coffee and not think about, or you are already on HRT and would rather keep it simple on top of that, this is the one. Shop Meno Bloom.
The complete option: six formulas in one sachet
Nu Mind Menopause Support is the most comprehensive menopause formula we carry. One daily sachet delivers 40 ingredients across six formulas: a high-dose adaptogen stack, a botanical calming blend, a full active-form B-complex, magnesium glycinate at 250mg, vegan D3 with K2, zinc, and supporting nutrients like CoQ10. It was developed with Charlotte Hunter, a registered nutritionist and menopause specialist, out of what she had seen work with women in her own clinic, and it is built to replace the multivitamin, the magnesium, the adaptogen and the sleep formula most women end up buying separately. It leads with KSM-66 ashwagandha at 500mg, the extract used in a 60-day placebo-controlled trial in stressed adults that reported a significant drop in cortisol, backed by rhodiola, bacopa, L-theanine and saffron for mood. If sleep, mood, energy and the general sense of running on empty have all arrived at once, and you would rather one habit than five, this is the one. Shop Nu Mind Menopause Support.
Or both: the pairing that was trialled
Here is the part worth knowing. A three-arm, randomised, double-blind trial published in November 2025 tested shatavari root extract on its own, and shatavari combined with ashwagandha root extract, against placebo in menopausal women over eight weeks. Shatavari alone was safe and effective. The combination did better still, with significant improvements in mood and esteem-related scores between the groups. Those two roots are the backbone of Meno Bloom and Nu Mind respectively. Taking them together is not a stack we invented, it is the arm of the trial that came out on top. Both are non-hormonal and both sit alongside HRT, though if you are on it, run it past your GP or pharmacist first.
If the problem is more specific
Brain fog and word-finding rather than heat and sleep? Mind Bloom is the Bloom range's memory and focus formula for women. Still cycling and dealing with perimenopause rather than the other side of it? Cycle Bloom is built for that stage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take these alongside HRT?
Both Meno Bloom and Nu Mind Menopause Support are non-hormonal and formulated to be taken alongside HRT, which is now free on prescription in Ireland. Plenty of our customers do exactly that. Because HRT is a prescription medicine, check with your GP or pharmacist before adding anything to it.
Meno Bloom or Nu Mind, which one?
Meno Bloom if you want one ingredient, one capsule, and a dose that matches the trial. Nu Mind if you want the whole picture covered in one sachet and would rather stop buying four separate products. They are built to combine, and the two roots behind them were trialled together with good results.
How long before I notice anything?
The shatavari and shatavari-plus-ashwagandha trials ran for eight weeks and measured at four and eight. Nu Mind's own nutritionists suggest 45 days of daily use, taken after lunch, before judging it. Either way, daily beats as-and-when. If nothing has shifted after two months, it is probably not the right one for you.
Is ashwagandha safe?
KSM-66 is a root-only extract with the largest body of human trials of any ashwagandha, and it is the form used in Nu Mind. It is generally well tolerated in adults. Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding, and if you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, check with your GP first.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. Plain packaging, nothing on the outside, dispatched from Dublin. Order by 4pm and it leaves the same day.
